Building Career Support Into the Curriculum
Friday, February 16, noon to 1:30 p.m.

Graduate students have no time to spare — yet they want and need support in finding desirable employment. How can we build opportunities into the curriculum? Special guest Stacy Hartman directed the PublicsLab at the CUNY Graduate Center, where she partnered with faculty to do just that. Hartman will share some lessons learned from this program, describe some inspiring examples and lead a brainstorming session about how professional development can enhance our graduate curricula.
