Into the Void is a multidisciplinary journey into a black hole for orchestra and astrophysicist, created in partnership with Central Ohio Symphony in Delaware. Weaving together narration by science writer and podcaster, Paul M. Sutter; a cinematic projection design by New York-based animator and editor, David Bengali; and nearly 45 minutes of rapturous new music for full orchestra by Columbus-based composer and OSU alum, Jacob Reed, Into the Void delivers a stimulating, educational experience like that you would get at a science museum, but with the emotional heft and drama of a symphony. Into the Void sits at the intersection of art, science, and community-engaged collaboration.

The world premiere performances of Into the Void will be November 6th, 2021 at 3:00PM and 7:30PM in Gray Chapel in Delaware. Tickets may be purchased now by contacting Central Ohio Symphony at (740) 362-1799, and they will soon be available to purchase online at: https://www.centralohiosymphony.org/.
