To apply for financial co-sponsorship, complete the following questions using as much detail as possible. Please allow for a two week lead time when making requests.

How does the event purpose relate to the mission of the Global Arts + Humanities?

Provide a description of the event, including date, time and location. Include list of speakers, panelists, presenters, performers and/or artists.

List other departments, organizations or entities sponsoring this project/event.

I understand that after the event takes place, a brief summary must be submitted to Global Arts + Humanities Associate Director Puja Batra-Wells (Batra-wells.1) within 30 days. It should include, but is not limited to the following: 1) The number of event attendees, 2) Information regarding the composition of the audiences, and 3) Any additional information of interest.

Upload a detailed budget indicating how Global Arts + Humanities funds will be allocated and the amount requested. Share contact information for the individual responsible for receiving funds from GAH and the account number (chartfield) to which funds should be transferred, if the application is granted.
