The Global Arts + Humanities Discovery Theme is pleased to announce the well-deserved promotion of Puja Batra-Wells to the role of associate director. 

Over the past six years, Puja's responsibilities have expanded in scope and scale, including in the areas of strategic leadership, personnel management, operations and program development. Her contributions have been invaluable to the success and growth of GAHDT’s core initiatives. 

Puja brings outstanding credentials and deep interdisciplinary knowledge to the role of associate director. She holds a PhD in Comparative Studies and Folklore and an MA in Cultural Studies with a certificate in Public History and Museum Studies.
